Edge and Clean
All overgrown grass is cut back. Pavement surface and cracks are cleaned of grass and debris.
Crack Repair
Cracks in your asphalt surface are filled with 400° Fahrenheit hot-applied joint sealant.
Seal Coating
One or two coats of sand mix sealer are applied by squeegee to produce a uniform surface that conceals the crack repair.
Cut and Patch
Heavily damaged areas are saw cut, removed, and repaved. This is a permanent repair for puddle areas or alligator cracking.
Line Striping
Pavement markings are done to engineering specifications when plans are provided or in accordance with local requirements.
New Driveways
We remove the existing driveway, regrade to correct water issues, and install a new asphalt surface.
