We recommend staying off your driveway for two full nights; weather and environmental conditions can alter dry time. During the hot summer months, your newly seal coated asphalt can take up to 1 week to fully cure. You can still drive on it but please use caution, avoid sharp turns, and other abrasive movements that would forcefully scrape the surface

We use Crackrite Direct Fire, which is a special blend of oils, rubber, and asphalt cement heated to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and poured into the cracks in your asphalt surface filling them from the bottom up leaving no room for any air pockets, voids, or hollow spots in the repair. The result is a flexible, smooth, and water-tight repair that typically lasts several years without a re-occurance.
We use Tarconite, which is a coal tar sand sealer emulsion that meets or exceeds rigourous FAA requirements for airport runways. It protects your driveway from oxidation, sun's ultraviolet rays, gas/oil spills, and moisture which can damage pavement surfaces over time.
