How long after acceptance of your estimate will my job be completed?
Jobs will be usually completed 7-10 days after acceptance of our estimate is received. We carefully observe weather reports to complete your during the time period that is convenient to you and will yield the best results.
How will I know when my driveway or parking lot will be done?
We will call you 24 hours prior to coming to your property. We will ALWAYS call you prior to completing any service on your property.
How long do I have to stay off my driveway after my services have been completed?
We recommend staying off your driveway for two full nights; weather and environmental conditions can alter dry time. During the hot summer months, your newly seal coated asphalt can take up to 1 week to fully cure. You can still drive on it but please use caution, avoid sharp turns, and other abrasive movements that would forcefully scrape the surface
If my driveway has an oil spot on it, can anything be done?
Yes! We have several techniques to solve oil spot problem and will share them with you during your estimate.
How long does a sealing service take to complete?
Under normal circumstances, a proper driveway maintenance service will take 1-2 hours.
Will you block my driveway off when you are completed?
Your driveway will be blocked off and secured after completion of service with barricade tape. Remove and dispose tap after the drying period.
How long before my driveway can get wet (including rain)?
During spring or fall months, 24 hours is recommended; during hot summer months, 6 hours is sufficient.

How often should my driveway be serviced?
Every 2 to 4 years is recommended depending on several variables including: high traffic usage, sun/shade, use of a plowing service, the overall condition of the driveway.
What product do you use to fix cracks in asphalt surfaces?
We use Crackrite Direct Fire, which is a special blend of oils, rubber, and asphalt cement heated to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and poured into the cracks in your asphalt surface filling them from the bottom up leaving no room for any air pockets, voids, or hollow spots in the repair. The result is a flexible, smooth, and water-tight repair that typically lasts several years without a re-occurance.
What product do you use to seal my driveway?
We use Tarconite, which is a coal tar sand sealer emulsion that meets or exceeds rigourous FAA requirements for airport runways. It protects your driveway from oxidation, sun's ultraviolet rays, gas/oil spills, and moisture which can damage pavement surfaces over time.
